Great hotel, great staff, definitely recommend it!!!
Amazing staff all of them were very helpful, very knowledgeable and very supportive about any requests or questions that we had. All of them spoke perfectly English. The room was spacious, the balcony and view were very nice. The spa had a policy of quaintness which was great after a day of skiing. The sky room with the lockers was spacious and comfortable to put you ski gear. The lifts are very close as well. The lobby bar had a large fireplace and the bar offered different drinks and foods. It was nice to spend some time there in the evening. There was also a separate dedicated room for smoking which was convenient for those who smoke. We will return for sure!

Exceptional
The staff are absolutely excellent, in particular Nico who went above and beyond. The hotel is old which has a charm but could do with a little refresh but we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

In the center of Val d’Isere. Close to everything. Nice people.
